Elizabeth Joseph was born and raised in Stamford, CT where she was a four year Varsity Softball player for Westhill High School. During her high school career, Elizabeth was a three-year starting catcher, was named all FCIAC for two years, and collected a CT state championship.
Elizabeth graduated from Springfield College in 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Applied Exercise Science. While at Springfield, Elizabeth was a four-year starting catcher for the Springfield Pride Softball team. Her genuine passion for softball resulted in becoming a coach and instructor post-graduation.
Elizabeth has been coaching girls softball ages 8-18 for the past 4 years. She is currently the girls varsity softball coach at St. Luke’s High School in New Canaan, CT. Her teams have been very successful since she began coaching there, including winning a conference championship in 2018.
Elizabeth is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Physical Education teacher at a private elementary school in Stamford, CT.
