Kevin has been a member of the BVSA Family since day one. Kevin is originally from Norwalk, CT where he was a 4 year starter at Brien McMahon High School which in 1994 and 1995 made All FCIAC and All County Teams. Kevin then went on to the Norwalk Community College, which won the 1998 National Championship and was named the MVP of the 1999 World Series as a third baseman. He was also selected All New England, All Tournament and All Regional recognition’s. During his time playing he was also teammate of BVSA instructor Mike Abate. After winning the National Championship Kevin earned a Division 1 scholarship to play for Tony Rossi at Siena College in 1999 and 2000, which in 1999 won the MAAC Championship and advanced to the NCAA Regional. In 2000 Kevin was named co- Captain where he played SS both years.
Now Kevin resides in Trumbull, CT with his wife Lori and two children Kylee (7) and Kevin Jr. (5). Kevin has been coaching and training baseball for the last 15 years and has been the Head Coach of the Stamford Legion Sr team for the past six years which has won four consecutive Zone 4 Championships and finished State Champion runners up in 2015 and 2016. What drives Kevin in coaching/instructing is helping and assisting players get to the next level.
