Matt is an alumni turned coach, who started training at BVSA when he was 12 years old.   He played three years of varsity baseball for Trinity Catholic; and made it to the semi-finals and quarter finals in the state tournament in two of his years there.  Matt enjoyed four years of playing college baseball for Springfield College where he earned a bachelors degree in Health Sciences. 

“I have learned a lot of the game under the instructors and my coaches from BVSA.  That’s why becoming a coach here was a no brainer.  It fits into exactly what my goals are; to use my life experiences and knowledge to help the community around me.”

Matt is currently receiving his next degree in Radiation Therapy from Memorial Sloan Kettering, while simultaneously earning his residential real estate license.
