The Bobby Valentine Sport Show: Episode 28

Hello everybody and welcome back to The Bobby Valentine Sport Show. I’m your host, Frank Ramppen. Week 12 of the NFL season is over, and what an unbelievable week of football it was. Thanksgiving, just this past week, featured Thanksgiving football games, the first-ever Black Friday NFL game, and rivalry week in college football. For those who watch college football, this might have been the greatest day of college football ever seen.

Saturday was filled with an unbelievable slate of games, starting with Michigan vs. Ohio State, Alabama vs. Auburn – an unbelievable finish, possibly the best since the kick six in 2013. It was the 10-year anniversary of that game. There was also a snow game between Kansas and Kansas State and a lot of craziness happening on Saturday. In addition to college football, college basketball is in full swing now.

NFL Thanksgiving week brought a lot of action, with three games on Thanksgiving Day, one on Black Friday, and an unreal day for college football on Saturday. Then, of course, NFL Sunday added to the excitement. The game of the week was the enticing matchup between the Eagles and Bills in Philadelphia, played in a rain-soaked Lincoln Financial Field.

The Eagles, wearing their Kelly greens, had an impressive start with Jaylen Hurts contributing to a rushing touchdown. However, the Bills responded, and the game saw interceptions, a missed field goal attempt, and a remarkable touchdown catch by Stefon Diggs in the pouring rain. Josh Allen had a standout game, leading the Bills to a 17-7 halftime lead.

As the first half concluded, the Eagles had a chance to score before halftime, but a botched exchange and fumble gave Buffalo the opportunity to extend their lead. Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs connected again for an unbelievable touchdown, making it 17-7 at halftime.
