Cage & Field Rental Policy 

 
We’re excited to help you get your reps in at BVSA! To keep things fair for everyone and make sure space is available when you need it, here’s how our rental bookings work:
 
Booking & Payment
Booking ahead? We’ll keep a card on file and charge it the morning of your rental.
Booking the same day? Your card will be charged at the time of booking.
 
Cancellations
Need to cancel? No problem—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and you won’t be charged.
Less than 24 hours or no-show? We’ll have to charge the full rental amount.
Day-of bookings: Once reserved, these can’t be canceled or refunded.

Please Note
This cancellation policy applies to individual cage and field rentals only.
It does not apply to organizations or groups with a signed rental contract with BVSA.

BVSA Inclement Weather Policy

BVSA Inclement Weather Policy
Safety is always our priority. Decisions to remain open or close will be based on client and staff safety.
 
If BVSA Closes:
Rentals & Team Training
Credited for 90 days (client must reschedule; unused credits expire).
 
Private & Semi-Private Lessons
Lessons returned to account for future use.
 
Clinics
BVSA will attempt to reschedule.
If not possible within the same season, account credit will be issued.
 
If BVSA Remains Open:
 
Rentals & Team Training
If a BVSA coach cannot commute safely, staffing may be removed.
If a client cancels due to safety concerns: credited for 90 days (client must reschedule; unused credits expire).
 
Private & Semi-Private Lessons
BVSA may cancel if a coach cannot commute safely (lesson remains on account).
If a client cancels due to safety concerns: lesson remains on account.
 
Clinics
BVSA may cancel if a coach cannot commute safely. If not rescheduled within the season, account credit will be issued.
