BVSA Policies & Procedures

At Bobby Valentine’s Sports Academy (BVSA), our goal is to provide a structured, safe, and high-quality training environment for all athletes. The following policies are in place to ensure fair scheduling, clear expectations, and a positive experience for all clients.

Waiver Requirement

All participants must have a signed BVSA waiver on file prior to participation.
Completion of a waiver is required before entering the facility or participating in any activity.

Cancellation Policy

BVSA enforces a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all rentals and private lessons.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and not eligible for credit
  • Same-day bookings fall within this window and, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited

Private Lesson Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice will not be charged
  • If using a package, the session will be credited back to your package
  • No monetary refunds will be issued for cancelled sessions

Private Lesson Scheduling & Availability

  • Private lessons are reserved only for the specific dates and times confirmed at booking
  • Lessons are not automatically extended or held beyond the dates booked
  • Future availability is not guaranteed and must be booked separately
  • Booking priority is based solely on confirmed reservations, not prior attendance or recurring schedules
  • Clients are responsible for proactively scheduling future sessions

BVSA reserves the right to adjust instructor assignments as needed to ensure scheduling efficiency and training continuity.

Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card is required on file for all bookings
  • Private lessons will be automatically charged following the scheduled session if no active package is available

Standard lesson rates:

  • ½ Hour Lesson: $85
  • 1 Hour Lesson: $160

Package Conversion

If a lesson is charged individually, clients have 48 hours to convert that charge into a package. After this window, the charge is final.

Lesson Packages

  • Lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Packages may be used toward available sessions within the designated timeframe
  • Sessions cancelled with proper notice will be credited back to the package
  • BVSA reserves the right to adjust instructors as needed

Clinics & Programs

  • All clinic and program registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • No credits or make-ups will be issued for missed sessions
  • Please review schedules carefully prior to registering, as no exceptions will be made

Cage Membership & Usage Policy

  • Cage memberships are for individual use only
  • Team usage is not permitted
  • Members may bring guests for a $10 guest pass per player
  • Cage access is same-day booking only, based on availability
  • Abuse of membership privileges may result in termination

Weather & Facility Closures

If BVSA closes due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Rentals and team training sessions will receive a credit valid for 90 days
  • Private lessons will remain on the client’s account for future use
  • Clinics will be rescheduled when possible or issued a credit if rescheduling is not feasible

If BVSA remains open, credits may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are considered final
  • Private lessons, clinics, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed sessions

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • Refunds are issued via check
  • A processing fee may apply

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions will begin and end at their scheduled times.
Late arrivals will not result in extended session time.

Facility Rules

To ensure a safe and professional environment:

  • No cleats on turf or in cages — sneakers or turf shoes only
  • No hitting or throwing outside designated areas
  • All participants must be supervised appropriately
  • Please respect shared space and clean up after use
