Meet JJ, our dynamic baseball conditioning specialist and physical therapy ace! With a solid foundation in Exercise Science from Southern CT State University (Class of 2016), JJ swiftly transitioned to Norwalk Community College, earning his stripes as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2018.
Boasting a decade of hands-on experience in physical therapy, JJ merges his clinical expertise with his passion for personal training. His specialty? Crafting injury-prevention and performance-enhancement programs for young baseball enthusiasts. Thanks to his deep understanding of the game, he’s not just a therapist; he’s a mentor and a guide.
But JJ’s love for the game isn’t just clinical. He’s an active softball player, both locally and in the competitive USSSA divisions. This isn’t just a pastime; it’s a rejuvenation of his lifelong baseball passion.
Joining the BVSA team a year ago, JJ brings more than just training skills. He’s on a mission to nurture the next generation of baseball stars, one clinic and coaching session at a time. Stay tuned as he steps up to the coaching plate!
