Joe is a graduate of Quinnipiac University where he earned a BS in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine and was a 4-year starter and All-Conference third baseman for the Bobcat baseball team. After Quinnipiac, took his talents to South Beach and attended the University of Miami where he earned his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. While taking classes towards his degree, Joe was also a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the football and swim and dive teams at The U.
His time at Quinnipiac and Miami, along with internships at Stanford and Yale Universities, has afforded Joe the opportunity to work with elite athletes in multiple sports, including several current NCAA, NFL, and MLB players.
Joe also has 7 years of professional baseball experience, starting in 2012 when he first signed with the Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League. Since that time he has also played in the Frontier and Can-Am Leagues, and most recently was back in the Atlantic League with the New Britain Bees in 2018.
