BVSA continues to follow the latest guidance (link here) issued by the state of Connecticut. We have locked in our protocols and have been safely reopened since June 20th. During the stay at home order, we made the shift to become available online for our athletes via Distance Training. You can learn all about it below. Now that we are back open, BVSA has created a safe remote learning environment in our 40,000 sq. ft. space.Â
Our remote learning center is designed to support families with a safe alternative to home during hybrid learning. We have followed all the government mandates, in addition to implementing additional methods to ensure the safety of our students and staff. We have created a floor plan of separate locations for up to 50+ students. We will perform a daily wellness test, require masks at all times, and implement planned circulation and seating of six feet social distancing.Â
Our Remote Learning Program Director,  Shelby Morris, licensed 4th – 8th professional teacher in all four main content areas will monitor and assist students with remote learning and technical issues. Additional certified teachers, as well as adult supervisors, will also assist individual needs and enforce safety protocols. Students will learn in a safe, supported environment and will also experience the benefits of social interaction and exercise. We will schedule daily social interaction and activities based on individual schedules. Call to reserve your spot today! (203) 968-2872
Students should bring the following:

BVSA’s Distance Training was designed to keep athletes engaged during the time of mandated social distancing. All of BVSA’s drills and teaches are designed to be executed in limited space with limited equipment. Class structures are predetermined and themed towards a specific athletic discipline. Â
